Empowerment

Network marketing is all about empowering other people to become all that they were meant to be. Well, maybe not ALL that they were meant to be. No one really ever hits their total capacity for greatness. But people who actually step out of their comfort zone in this business step into their own greatness in a manner they would have never imagined before.

So here's the question for the day for you and for me. As we bring people into this business, are we helping them step into their greatness? Are we helping them see the vision of what they can be and where they can go?

Most people are so stuck in their day to day they just don't see that there can be another way. They are surrounded by others who are surviving, not thriving, and they think it is normal. They are surrounded by people who are taking a second mortgage and/or opening a home equity line of credit, and that seems like the logical way to survive. They are surrounded by people who say, "It takes two incomes today to raise children" so the mom goes back to work when her baby is six weeks old.

Our job is to provide the vision of a better way and the system to get to the desired outcome. If we are only telling people about products, there will be times when we will get the objection of "too expensive." If they can believe that they can have these products for no cost or low cost by building a business and then go on to make their fortune, they can do that!

Every day wake up asking yourself, how can I empower those that I enroll. Make it your way of life!
