Our mission: train the trainers

Have you ever met someone who has dabbled at network marketing and then tells everyone "that just doesn't work." Maybe they worked hard for a few months and enrolled several people. Maybe those people just didn't get the potential and quit. Now the first person is convinced that the whole industry is just a sham.

On the other hand, have you ever met someone who has started a networking business and made it big? They have thousands and thousands of people in their organization and they know first hand the joy of helping others acheive their dreams.

The first person thinks people in general are stupid and the industry in particular is not what it is cracked up to be. The second person sees people as amazing and this industry as the last great hope for the population in general to acheive greatness.

Why the different experiences? Well, of course there are a multitude of answers here. Obviously philosophy of life and the law of attraction have a lot to do with the outcome. But just on a level of mechanics, let me offer an idea.

The person with thousands and thousands of people in their organization either tapped into a system or created a system to train trainers. They recognized that this could not be about them. It had to be about helping others with their personal growth so that they could in turn help more people.

Would you like to be a trainer of trainers? You can find all the training you need in your back office under Library. There is training in business, products, how to be a good coach, the mechanics of our compensation plan, etc. Tap into the weekly corporate calls and calls from successful individuals. Be sure you have a flat rate long distance because you will be listening to conference calls a lot, especially at the beginning. Teach those you enroll to get on these calls as well.

So the question is, if you truly want to be successful in this business, are you willing to become a trainer who trains trainers? If so, then you are in the right place. The journey has begun. Get ready to stretch and grow. Get ready to learn to be comfortable out of your comfort zone. Hundreds of thousands of people are waiting for YOU to step up and be the link for them.
