When my husband and I first did a cleanse the company was only one year old. There were no CDs or DVDs. The instruction booklet was confusing. There were no movies on the Internet to help explain it to us.
But, we did have one thing going for us. We had each other. We had enrolled a friend and he did the cleanse the same time as we did. The three of us compared notes every day. If one found a trick to make it easier we shared. We didn't cheat because we knew we were going to be reporting results to each other.
And like kids at Christmas we were totally amazed at our results. It was so fun to compare notes.
Today we know that the most effective cleanses are those that involve other people. Three is the perfect number of people. With two you can both weasle out. But with three there is usually at least one person who isn't willing to weasle.
When you enroll someone then offer to help them find cleansing buddies. Brand new people are the best because you all have that sense of awe the first time you all watch yourselves melting. It is especially effective to have one cleansing buddy from your household and one from work.
Try it. Your new cleansers will thank you.
