Back to the basics

We have just returned from a company University. For 3 days we learned a lot. We also were inspired by incredible stories from ordinary people who have helped a lot of people and in the process they have become extraordinary people.

Sometimes it is easy to think that we must know a lot in order to build a business. That's just a story we are telling ourselves. In reality all we need is an unshakable belief that what we have is the best and our compensation plan is the best and that anyone would benefit physically and financially if they wanted to tap into our company.

So here are the basics. Use the products and get a story. Share your story in a simple, quick manner with the other person's best interest in mind. Enroll those who are ready. Help them learn about the products and businesses. Help them develop a story and share it with others. Teach them to do the same.

That's it. The basics. Those who follow those basics will be rewarded. If they were not rewarded who would continue to go through this process? It does take persistence. YOU can do it, too.
