When we first joined this company I heard an archived call in the back office called Reverse Sponsoring with an Anchor. I don't know if it is still there, but it was a concept I had never heard before.
Here it is in a nutshell. You are talking to several people about joining your business. They are all on the fence. Then someone decides to join you and you take their information to enroll them. Now, before you sit down and enter their application you call someone else who is on the fence. Would they like to be in before or after this new person? Sometimes they don't care. That's OK. We're just here to offer. But if they care then you can get their information for enrollment. Now you have two applications. You go to another person on the fence. Would they like to be in before or after these two people?
You get the idea. In this business you really have leverage because the only place you should be placing people is under everyone else. But before this can work you have to "have the pipeline full of prospects."
So go out today and start filling the pipeline. Have fun!
