The eyes of the lions

I heard this recently and I hope it is true. It makes a good story.

Did you know that if one lion and one tiger are in a fight that the tiger will usually win. That's where the saying comes from to have "the eye of the tiger." The tiger is focused and gets the job done.

But, if several lions and several tigers are in a fight, the lions will usually win. Do you know why? Because they work together. Tigers work alone.

The moral for us is to have the eyes of lions and work together. A team always accomplishes more than individuals.

If you do not have a team, make one. Report to each other every day. Practice with each other. What would you do and say in certain situations? Celebrate victories together. Tackle goals together.

Not only will you get more done, you will have more fun!!

PS Have you written down a few key goals for the new year? Most goals never come to pass unless you write them down. It is also helpful to look at them often. Think big!
