Good Enroller/ Good Sponsor

I was visiting with some of my friends this morning about what it means to be a good sponsor. Here are some of the ideas that were brought up.

They help their new person become qualified as soon as possible with one personal on the right and one on the left.

A good sponsor keeps abreast of new things on the corporate and other websites and passes them on to those they have enrolled.

They check in often on cleansing days and make sure that the business opportunity is presented as well as the products.

They link the people they have enrolled to their upline, thus giving new people other places to go for support.

They plug new people into a system such as the corporate and team calls.

They set a good example in attending meetings and conference calls. This is one of the reasons for saying your name at the beginning of a call.

They check on their enrollees on the website and know how much volume is needed in order for them to cycle again, and then help them plan how that can be accomplished.

They call their enrollees fairly often just to keep in touch and to be encouraging.

They extend unconditional love.

They continue to grow personally by reading and listening so they can contribute meaningfully to conversations.

Well, there were probably other things said, but those are the ones that I remember. Is anyone the perfect sponsor? No. No one. But we can all be striving toward perfection. Some people that we enroll will not want a lot of attention. Others require a lot.

Follow up refers not only to prospects, but also to those that we enroll.
