We've talk about this before. But it is so easy to forget.
There are ratios that appear when you work this business. For instance, if you present this opportunity to 10 people most likely 1 person will join. For every 10 that join most likely 1 will do the business. For every 10 that do the business most likely 1 will become an executive. For every 10 who become executive most likely 1 will become a world class leader.
So how many people do you need to present the business to? Well, I think if you did 1000 presentations you will surely have produced one executive. But, it will be much, much easier if you have a system to plug your people into. Then the ratio gets better.
The corporation has a system of conference calls and back office training. It is great. There is also support from corporate in terms of customer service. Use it. You life gets easier if you are not solving everyone's challenges. Besides, the people you sponsor believe others more than you. That's just the way it is.
Most leaders have a system as well. Check it out. Plug your people in. If they don't want help just know they are one of the 9 and keep going until you find the 10th person.
When people quit working it is usually because they think they "can't do this" because their people quit or don't sponsor. Just remember the ratio and what is normal and keep working. The only way you lose it to quit!
